Repair procedures

Removal

High Mounted Stop Lamp

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2. Remove the tailgate trim.

(Refer to the BD group - "Tailgate")

3. Remove the spoiler.

(Refer to the BD group - "Tailgate")

4. Remove the high mounted stop lamp assembly (B) after disconnecting the connector (A).

Installation

Installation

1. Install the high mounted stop lamp and washer nozzle.

2. Install the spoiler and tailgate trim.

Luggage Room Lamp

Repair procedures

Removal

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2. Remove the luggage room lamp (B) when prying the hole (A) with a flat-up screwdriver.

3. Remove the luggage room lamp bulb in case of necessity.

3. Remove the luggage room lamp bulb in case of necessity.

Installation

1. Replace the lamp bulb.

2. Install the luggage room lamp assembly after connecting the lamp connector.

Rear combination lamp

Repair procedures

Removal

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2. Loose screws (2EA) holding the rear combination lamp then disconnect the connector (A) then remove the outside rear combination lamp (B).

3. Turn the socket counterclockwise to remove the tail/stop lamp bulb (A).

3. Turn the socket counterclockwise to remove the tail/stop lamp bulb (A).

4. Loosen the nuts (A) after removing the tailgate lamp cover.

4. Loosen the nuts (A) after removing the tailgate lamp cover.

5. Remove the tailgate lamp after disconnecting the connector (B).

5. Remove the tailgate lamp after disconnecting the connector (B).

6. Turn the socket counterclockwise to remove the back up lamp bulb (A) and tail lamp bulb (B).

7. If the bulbs should be only replaced without removing lamp assembly,

7. If the bulbs should be only replaced without removing lamp assembly, replace the back up lamp bulb (A) and tail lamp bulb (B) after removing the tailgate lamp cover inside tailgate.

Installation

1. Install the tailgate combination lamp assembly after assembling the bulb.

2. Install the lamp cover to the tailgate after connecting the lamp connector.

3. Install the rear combination lamp assembly after assembling the bulbs and connecting the lamp connector
